Pack on lean muscle mass! Our Muscular Hypertrophy programme is specifically designed to help you build a strong muscular physique.

Follow progressive overload in the main lifts, complimented with accessory exercises to build muscle.

3 Session per week.

THE WOD PROGRAMME

The WOD Programme (Workout Of the Day) offers a variety of workouts that are designed to test your physical fitness, muscular endurance and mental toughness!

Each workout is 20-30 minutes long. So perfect for those looking to add some Conditioning to the end of their sessions, or for those looking to be in and out but still have a great workout!
