THE WOD PROGRAMME
The WOD Programme (Workout Of the Day) offers a variety of workouts that are designed to test your physical fitness, muscular endurance and mental toughness!
Each workout is 20-30 minutes long. So perfect for those looking to add some Conditioning to the end of their sessions, or for those looking to be in and out but still have a great workout!

STRENGTH
PHASE 1 & 2 AVAILABLE
Is your goal to improve your overall strength? Strength training is the main focus of the gym and our expert coaches have put together this programme to help you hit huge PB's in 4 of your main exercises. Squat, Bench, Deadlift & Push Press.
