At the Colosseum we have a selection of Online Programmes for you to choose from and to 'bolt on' to your membership!

This is ideal for those who want a change from the same old routine and fancy trying something new. Using our Online App you can view your programme, watch detailed instructional videos of each exercise, log and track your progress and we'll be able to see your progress too!

Each programme is 30 Days long but may come in several phases. The number of workouts per Programme will be detailed in the programme description.

HYPERTROPHY

Hypertrophy - Muscular Hypertrophy refers to the increase in muscle mass. This programme tracks the 3 main compound movements, Squat - Bench and Deadlift with accessory exercises which utilises tempo's and volume to pack on serious muscle!

This programme is designed over 3 days with linear progression.

THE WOD PROGRAMME

The WOD (Workout Of The Day) programme offers a wide variety of 20 minute workouts!

Each workout is specifically designed to test your Cardiovascular fitness and Muscular Endurance. Using all the equipment at our disposal.

You will do a variety of workouts from Circuit Sessions, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), AMRAPS (As Many Rounds/Reps A Possible), EMOMs (Every Minute On the Minute) and much more!
